They have an excellent office staff, and they always pair the client with a caregiver that fits their needs. The caregivers always go above and beyond, even when their isnt much left for them to do they either clean or do extra tasks. I really enjoy that someone always answers the phone when I have a question or need assistance.

It took a while to find a caretaker who was a good fit, but we kept trying until we found the right one, and she's been doing a good job. My loved one is very particular and has taken care of her own house for 60 years. So it's very hard for her to find somebody who will do the cleaning and things the way she wants it done. A lot of people when they clean have the mindset that as long as it's clean, what difference does it make how it's cleaned? Our current caretaker is doing a marvelous job and wants to learn.
