We were worried about our loved one falling, yet we were trying to encourage her mobility by going on walks. When I addressed these issues with the agency, they said she had been a good caregiver for them, and they had talked to her and found no issue. I told them we shouldn't have to pay for the time she wasn't there when she left early, and they said it was at the direction of my loved one.
