The staff member we had was great and accommodating. They require a minimum of 12 hours a week in 4 hour segments. The staff member was mostly there for companionship and encouragement for ADLS. I think they could improve on placing non smoking staff with non smoking clients as well as lowering the 4 hour segments to 2 hours. The caregivers were all friendly and helpful and I would recommend them to others who are looking as long as you need 4 hours minimum. The people who are in charge of sales will tell you things that they don't really do to get you to sign on the line . So don't rely on them to do things like contact insurance companies and see that through, because they won't do that kind of stuff. The tell you do they do, and then they sort of do, but they just don't follow through.
